PERAWAT PRAKTIK TINGKAT LANJUT SECARA GLOBAL: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract

Advanced nurse practitioners contribute to improving the quality of patient care and have great potential to optimize public health globally. The purpose from this literature review aims to determine the role of advanced practice nurses globally in responding to health challenges and improving service outcomes.The method uses a systematic review system with a search strategy using electronic databases such as Science Direct, PubMed and Google Scholar using the keywords "advanced practice nursing" and "advanced practice nurse" within the last 5 years (2020-2024) which were searched in Indonesian and English based on inclusion criteria and exclusion.The results of the review show that the health problems or challenges of advanced practice nurses globally, namely the difference between patient satisfaction with novice nurses and advanced nurses, are very significant.The Conclusion The results of this literature review are feasible and applicable to be used as a reference in developing advanced nursing practice services globally.
