HUBUNGAN ACTIVITY DAILY LIVINGROOM DENGAN STABILITAS TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN STROKE ISKEMIK (Studi Di Irna B Rsud Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebhu Bangkalan)
Abstract
Ischemic stroke is a syndrome that has the
characteristic of a sudden, non-occlusive attack
caused by non traumatic brain circulatory
disorder. From the preliminary study results
obtained data that from 10 respondents obtained
is still many patients with ischemic stroke with
unstable blood pressure. The purpose of this
study was to analyze the relationship of physical
activity with blood pressure in stroke patients in
Irna B Syamrabu Bangkalan Hospital.
In this study, the type of research used is
cross sectional analytic research. The population
of 32 patients in Irna B Syarifah hospital ambami
rato ebu bangkalan with sample of 30 patients
through Simple random sampling technique.
Independent variable is physical activity and
dependent variable Blood pressure. Data
collection for physical activity using questionnaire
sheet, for blood pressure using observation
sheet. Statistical test using Somer's D.
Based on the result of cross-tabulation of
physical activity relationship with blood pressure
in ischemic stroke patients in IRNA B Syarifah
Ambami Rato Ebhu Bangkalan Hospital showed
that from 14 ischemic stroke patients with less
physical activity, almost all of them had unstable
blood pressure, 13 respondents
Based on the results of statistical tests of
Somer's D, the results obtained ρ value <α (0.05)
so that H0 rejected and H1 is accepted which
means there is a relationship between physical
activity with blood pressure in patients ischemic
stroke.
The results of this study can be used as a
reference or comparison for further research and
as a source of patient iformasi to be able to
regulate their physical activity so that blood
pressure can be stable
