is students who experience premenstrual

interviews, then analyzed using Paired t test.
The average symptom of premenstrual
syndrome before being given vitamin B complex
is 38.43 and after being given is 22.37. The
result of data analysis with Paired t test showed
the value of P Value (0.000) with significance
level α (0.05), it means value of P Value < α,
meaning there is influence of vitamin B complex
toward symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. the
synthesis vitamin B complex helps of
neurotransmitter in the brain so that it produces
serotonin which plays a role in regulating
mental process, mood, while serotonin activity
is related to premenstrual syndrome.
