GAMBARAN MOTIVASI MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI KEPERAWATAN UNTUK MELANJUTKAN PENDIDIKAN PROFESI NERS

Abstract

Profession phase is a continuation of the
academic stage program that must be followed by
all graduates of nursing undergraduate who
previously followed the promise of the court.
Based on a preliminary study conducted on March
27, 2017 against 10 students of the seventh
semester, students are interested in continuing the
ners program for a nursing degree.
The method used in this study was
descriptive with cross sectional approach. The
variable was motivation of VIII students to
continue professional education ners. Total
population was 138 respondents, the sampling
used total sampling, the instrument used was
student motivation questionnaire semester VIII.
The result of this study obtained that 89
respondents with the percentage (64.5%) had
strong motivation. Tthe data analysis showed that
students of 8

semester. Motivation to continue
the professional education in STIKes Ngudia
Husada Madura were mostly good.
Based on the result, it is expected for
teaching team to do approach to students by
providing good support and motivation to the
students to continue the professional education
program.
