THE EFFECT OF MUROTTAL ALQURAN THERAPHY TOWARDS HEMODYNAMIC STATUS OF PATIENTS WITH DECREASING CONSCIOUSNESS IN THE ICU OF SAMPANG

Abstract

patient with decreasing of consciousness is
a condition it has been the patient were
able to give a normal response to stimuli.
From field data, obtained there still many
patients with decreasing of consciousness
where their hemodynamic status is
unstable. Thus, it is necessary to control the
impact of decreasing of consciousness in
the form of hemodynamic instability by
using Al-Quran murottal therapy. This
study aimed to analyze the effect of AlQuran mutottal therapy towards
hemodynamic status in patients with
decreasing of consciousness.
This study used Quasy-Experimental
design. The instrument of this study is
observation sheet. Most of the population is
patient with decreasing of consciousness as
much as 18 respondents. Researcher used
purposive sampling techniques and decided
nine groups as experimental group were
given treatment. The treatment is Al-Quran
murottal therapy which was given for 3
days and 9 groups as control group which
was not given Al-Quran murottal therapy.
Based on research results using statistical
test of independent t- test showed that TD
systole ρvalue = 0.006, TD diastole ρvalue
= 0.004, RR ρvalue = 0.007 and HR ρvalue
= 0.014, overall value ρvalue <α = 0.05, so
Ho rejected. It means that there is no
therapeutic effect Al-Quran murottal
therapy towards hemodynamic status in
patients with decreasing of consciousness.
From the result of this study, the researcher
expecte this Al-Quran murottal therapy can
be used for alternative therapy for patients
with decreasing of consciousness that their
hemodynamic status is stable.
