Pengaruh Mobilisasi Dini Ibu Post Partum Terhadap Penurunan Tinggi Fundus Uteri

Abstract

 Normally uterus begins to wane after born
placenta, usually at 1-2 fingers under navel.
However, of 8 mother who have born spontan have
normal decrease uterine fundus height while 5 the
other people at 7 days have late decrease uterine
fundus height. The goal of this reseach is to analysis
effect of early mobilization post partum mother to
decrease uterine fundus height in the health center
of lepele district camplong robatal regency.This
research uses analytic method and reseach design
uses retrospektiv. The population are post partum
mothers at first time until 5 days on Agustus –
September 2014 taking 32 women. Sample which
taken 30 respondents who are taken probability
Sampling with simple random sampling. The
independent variable is early mobilization and
dependent variable is decrease uterine fundus
height. The collect of data using observation that be
processed using cross tabulation and spearman rank
test. The result were obtained almost half mother
post partum do enough early mobilization as much
as 11 people and almost half mother post partum
have enough decrease uterine fundus height as
much as 13 people. According statistick test
spearman rank is gotten ρ<α (0,000<0,05) so Ho is
refuse and Ha is receive so there are effect of early
mobilization post partum mother to decrease uterine
fundus height in the health center of lepele district
camplong robatal regency.
Expected from this research to improve to
improve the giving of conseling, information and
education (KIE) to mother, husband and family and
also as materials and professional framework for
health personnel for giving couseling to post partum
mother.
